We’ve lived in Honolulu for 12 years. Ron is from Buffalo, NY and Dana is from the Chicago area.
Why they chose this property
We bought this place and lived in it for a few years. It is Downtown which is a mix of old an new buildings and is nicely situated between colorful Chinatown and trendy Kaka’ako. It’s a highly walkable area with easy access to restaurants and groceries. From the lanai, eithing you can see historic Iolani Palace, Hawaii State Capitol and Kawaiahaʻo Church.
It’s an easy walk to the Queens Medical Center Punchbowl Campus which makes it nice for travel nurses or other medical professionals.

What makes this property unique
From the place (because it’s in the SE corner of the tower, you can see the sun rise over the mountains and set over the ocean.
