Welcome to the Sunny Side Up! A unique home with a retro flair! Our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home comes with all the bells and whistles you'd expect in a vacation home. Enjoy our spacious living quarters and private backyard with tropical botanicals, a heated pool and spa, outdoor shower and fire pit. Our home is perfectly situated at the tip of the St. Pete area, getting anywhere in "The Burg" a breeze!

A large and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a heated pool, spa, outdoor shower and fire pit! Enjoy the surrounding botanicals in the back yard while sunbathing in the pool.

Check in is at 5pm however we will always send check in as soon as the home is ready for access

Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you

Please note, we do charge $100 for each pet you may be bringing with you to our home. I will send the request for the additional funds after your reservation is complete based on your pet count.
