This condo is 728 sqft with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Condo is fully furnished and equipped. This unit has been recently renovated and provides a new kitchen, new bathroom, and mostly new furniture. The unit is clean, spacious and has a modern open concept for a enjoyable stay with friends and family. The unit is located on the ground level (handicap accessible) with one reserved parking spot & additional free street parking. Please note the parking spot is small and doesn't fit oversize cars. There is only one air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

Much of what you'll need is provided including quilts, mattress and protectors, pillows, beach essentials, soap, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, and dish sponge.

• You’ll need to bring bed sheets & pillow cases, extra throw blankets, bath and beach towels, bug spray & sunscreen. If you're interested in renting sheets and towels, there is a local business close by for drop off and pickup service.
