Welcome to "The Lighthouse" located on the Gulf-Shores of Cape San Blas, Florida. This newly constructed, 5710 sq. ft. 4-story, Gulf-Front home comfortably sleeps 16-20 people. There are 7 bedrooms, 7 ensuite full bathrooms and 3 half-bathrooms throughout the home. The home is spacious and can easily accommodate 3-4 groups of families or friends. You also have a beautiful Private Beach that is only accessible by renters and owners. A private boardwalk from the pool leads you directly to the beach. There is a private heated pool facing the gulf with an outdoor shower. An elevator is provided to help you move throughout the 4 levels of the home. The ground floor contains a theater room with a 98" TV with 4 Quad Surround Sound Speaker System and automated reclining leather seating for 7 people. The Game Room includes automated reclining leather seating for 4, a Nintendo Switch with 4-Joy-Con controllers and a PS5 with 2 controllers. Both consoles have a variety of Family-Fun Party and Sports Games already downloaded onto them. There is also an Arcade Machine with 12 classic arcade games on it. The Fourth Floor includes a 3-person infrared sauna and wet area with shower and Jacuzzi tub to relax in. This home is handicap accessible and can be moved about with ease in a wheelchair (It is not qualified as ADA.)

We only provide beach towels. We do not provide any other types of beach equipment (Umbrellas, beach chairs, etc.)
Please make proper arrangements to either bring your own beach equipment or rent them on the cape. We recommend any local rental service in the area if you are interested.

$350 add-on fee, if requested, to heat the pool throughout your stay.
