HOUSE RULES: No parties or events, and no smoking! If smoking in the house occurs, $1,000 worth of damage fees will automatically be charged. Two security cameras are secured to the front door and side door of this unit.

PARKING: There are two spaces available in the driveway, and additional street parking is available for free with more than two vehicles. Street parking is always available.

STAIRCASE for access to upstairs bedroom and upstairs bathroom. You will need to be able to walk up 3 steps to enter the front of the home as well.
