The den, which can serve as an office space, a game room, or an additional bedroom, has a queen/full futon. A bathroom is conveniently located up a few stairs, and the laundry facilities are down a few stairs.
Loft Area: The loft provides multiple workspaces, making it an ideal spot for those needing to stay productive. It includes one bedroom with a queen bed and offers a tranquil space for reading and enjoying the views. The bathroom near the garage entrance serves both the loft and the main floor.
Lower Level: Designed for entertainment, this level includes a TV room where you can watch movies or your favorite series after a day of outdoor activities. It houses two bedrooms—one with a king and a twin bed, and another with a queen bed. A modern shared bathroom and space for board games make it a great place for relaxation and family fun.
