The house sits on a corner lot and the driveway wraps from the front of the house to the back, providing plenty of room for your vehicles.

TWO LIVING AREAS
The light-filled downstairs living area is open to the kitchen and dining spaces. It features a super comfy leather sectional, a huge smart TV, and a gas fireplace.

The upstairs living area is a cozy hangout space by day and three additional sleeping spaces by night. Two daybeds, setup as a sectional sofa, convert into twin beds with a third twin trundle that rolls out from underneath. This room also has a large smart TV.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
We love to cook and entertain so we have made sure that the kitchen is set up properly. All the things most Airbnbs neglect - nice chef knives, multiple cutting boards, serving dishes, a ninja blender, a variety of glassware, a good cocktail shaker, you get the idea. Brand new GE Stainless appliances.

SPACIOUS DINING AREA
The midcentury table contains a butterfly leaf, making it easy to expand to fit extra guests. Eight chairs are provided, and there are an additional 4 at the kitchen island adjacent to the table.

BACKYARD PATIO
Relax on the private back patio after a long day on the course. Comfortable seating for 8 is provided.

4 BEDROOMS & 3.5 BATHROOMS
No fighting over who gets the good bedroom! All four rooms have new, adult-sized, super comfortable beds with white cotton linens and down duvets. They all 4 also have smart TVs and walk-in closets.
