Quiet but close to downtown, restaurants and coffee shops. Local water park, with indoor and outdoor pool, and a lazy river. Local Marvin Vinson center with lots to offer activity wise. Close to University of the Ozarks and Spadra walking trails. 15 minutes will get you to Lake Ludwig for fishing and kayaking and the new mountain biking trails.
