Spacious Villa with Views

Beautiful, luxurious and ultra modern home with top finishes throughout. This spacious villa in a beautiful nature setting with views over the lagoon towards the ocean and is just a short walk from Wilderness village and the beach.
On the entry level into the main house you will find an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge leading onto a patio overlooking the Wilderness Lagoon. The upper level comprises of 2 bedrooms each with it's own en-suite bathroom. A staircase leading off the first level takes you to a very private entertainment area on the rooftop patio where expansive views over Wilderness Lagoon, village and ocean can be enjoyed.
The 3rd bedroom is a separate flat with own entrance on the ground floor of this house. The studio flat has its own bathroom and small kitchenette with fridge and cooking area.
This house has an inverter system, wifi and smart TV's.
There is a second studio apartment on the ground floor of the property that is privately let by the owner.
