Regarding cancellations: Casago serves as merchant of record for all VRBO transactions. As such should you need to cancel your reservation and a refund is due to you, your refund will be processed within 24hrs of requesting cancellation and a 5% cancellation charge will be assessed even if you are within the 100% refund period. This 5% fee will be deducted from the amount due back to you when we process your refund. This is because credit card processing fees are non refundable, even to Casago. The only new affordable ski in/out option built in Deer Valley and Park City in many years. Pioche Village has it all. Super convenient, ski in/out from the Jordanelle Gondola and right down the street from the new Deer Valley East Village Expansion. New summer bike park and activities to be built in the next few years along with numerous restaurants and amenities planned. Pioche village is a modern, swanky place right on the mountain with private ski lockers, assigned indoor bike storage, gym's, gathering spaces and close to everything that makes Deer Valley special.
What makes this property unique
This is the largest studio unit in the complex at nearly 500sq ft. A full kitchen, luxuriously and professionally appointed, Incredible views of Jordanelle Reservoir, wildlife abounds and fully wheelchair accessible with no stairs required.
