As you step onto the balcony, the gentle sound of the ocean waves will serenade you, creating that rest and relaxation vacation vibe you have been craving all year. Grab your sandals, book and towel and head to the pool for a dip before hitting the beach.
-Condo association rules are quiet hours 10pm-8am.
-Fire code states the maximum occupancy of this unit is 4 people at all times. 5 or more guests will result in removal.
-Guests must all be 25 years and older, if less than 25 there must someone over 25 present in the beach condo for the duration of the stay.
-No smoking anything, anywhere on property
-To maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the property please bring out your trash regularly during your stay to the trash chute. Trash chute is located near the elevators to the left of the unit. Please reach out if you need more trash bags
-Please do not put large items (bones, food, coffee etc) down the garbage disposal plumbing is very delicate
-Do not flush women’s sanitary items down toilet. Place in trash can.
-No pets
