OCCUPANCY LIMIT 6 - LIMITED OCCASIONAL DAY GUESTS - PET WITH FEE - SEBAGO LAKE BEACHFRONT. Very rustic one bedroom cottage on very private lot. Quiet end of road location. Cottage sits directly on a lovely sandy beach with beautiful expansive views of Sebago Lake. Great spot for getting away from it all. Fishing, boating and great swimming. Hiking and bike trails just a short drive away. dog w/permission and additional $125 pet fee.
Waterfront Description: Beautiful sandy beach - safe spot for children. Two outdoor picnic tables. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: No. Mooring: Yes.
