This house is exactly as photos/description show it. Bedrooms are perfect size, and open kitchen/living room layout is great for hanging with your crew. Very close to a lot of restaurants/stores.

Property looked exactly like the pictures. Was a very hot week and could have used ac in the two bedrooms. Could have also used a few more mugs, plates, bowls and silverware. Doorknob would have been easier to use instead of only a deadbolt and a handle. Appliances were all new and in working order. Place was clean. Great lovation near linerty park!

Unique
Fun little rental. Great amenities and decor. Affordable and would stay here again. Check-in was a little hard because door entry was tricky and original communication for check-in was delayed compared to most rentals. The door requires you to pull towards you while entering code in order to unlock. Also, not a lot of lighting so it’s hard to see. So after figuring that out, the rest of the stay was great. We would come back :).
Property was just as described and host was wonderful to work with. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

A really cool property- a unique stay with a lot of well-done touches and work!
We had a really cool time staying at this awesome spot. We did have a bit of a hard time communicating about getting info to check-in ahead, and when we had issues with the heat, but we were able to work something out and fix one of the AC's so it got much better!
I do think that it would be beneficial to be sure that all the AC units are working, as it was a pretty rough 24 hours to start due to the 90 degree heat in the house-- but better once we got an extra fan and my family member was able to fix one unit. If all were running, I think it will be awesome!
The backyard space isn't as private as we first thought, but I think an update on the that in the description will help tons and the spot is super cool-- it's obvious a ton of work has been put into this unique spot and a really cool little oasis in the chaos of the city!
We're grateful we found it and definitely think with those few little things to update/work on, it's going to be a huge hit as it's a great accommodation and has a super cool and unique personality!
