This newly renovated home offers a modern and inviting living space, perfect for those who appreciate open concept living. The heart of the home is the kitchen and living area, designed to foster sociable interactions. The large kitchen island adds both functionality and a communal touch, ideal for cooking and entertaining. Glass sliding doors lead to the fully screened outdoor space, complete with a spacious grill and outdoor dining area.
RV enthusiasts will find this home accommodating, as it provides water and a 50 amp electric hookup with ample parking space for up to 27' RVs or Travel Trailers. If you wish to utilize this amenity, it's advisable to inquire ahead of time. Please note that there is a $40 per night fee for bringing an RV, and waste water must be contained and disposed of at an offsite dump station, as there is no dump station available on-site. Parking on driveway only.
The kitchen is fully equipped with major and smaller appliances, including a toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee machine, and a Keurig machine. It is set up for your convenience, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The private master bathroom boasts a beautifully designed walk-in shower, while the shared guest bathroom features a newly remodeled walk-in shower and a large vanity. Towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

This beautifully updated private home provides ample parking on the driveway and you will need a car for this location. However, for those times when you don't feel like driving, there is Uber and Lyft.
We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owner and are available via Airbnb app and by phone or text anytime during your stay.

This is a newly remodeled home in a quiet beach neighborhood and only a couple of miles from the beautiful sugar-sand Bonita beaches. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and places to rent bikes and kayaks.
The beaches are a couple of miles from the house. There are plenty of bike rental places nearby, as well as kayak rentals. Uber and Lyft available.
Please inquire ahead of time if you plan to bring an RV. There is a $40/per night fee to utilize the 27' RV space in the driveway. There is no dump station on site, all waste water will need to be contained and dumped at an off site dump station.
There is a detached storage building on the property that is not for guest use.
Minimum age required to book is 25
No pets without prior permission. We will consider hosting the furry member of your family (dogs only - no cats), but need to know a little about them first, so please inquire BEFORE booking. There is a weight limit of 40lbs and we will not accept any dangerous breeds or larger dogs. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Please always pick up after your pet and dispose of the bags (tied) in the general waste can at the side of the house. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
Please be aware that guests in the upstairs vacation unit, may be vacationing with their pet.
This is someone's home in a quiet neighborhood, please respect the neighbors and their children by quieting music and outdoor conversation before 8 am and after 10pm
No smoking in the house or on the patio (out of respect for guests in the updaters unit). Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee
Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.
We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.
Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
