Private balcony overlooking mountains, private views of quaking aspen outside each of the bedroom windows, quiet surroundings and convenient location. Close to main clubhouse with access to outdoor seasonal community swimming pool, fitness center, as well as access to multiple hot tubs located throughout the complex. Use of one underground heated parking stall (with garage door opener), a small storage unit (perfect for bike/ski storage), and additional off-street parking spaces near the unit’s building. Within 5-min drive to shopping, restaurants, ski resorts, I-80, and convenient access to Park City trail system, hiking, and mountain biking. Away from the crowds but provides easy access to everything Park City has to offer.
