Pack your bags for a memorable Bear Lake vacation! Stay at this spacious 5 bedroom, 31/2 bath home walking distance to Bear Lake on a quiet street just a block from local restaurants and activities. This home is an ideal getaway for families and friends who want to enjoy the day on the beautiful blue water or explore the wilderness. Located across the street from the local bike trail, one block from famous Bear Lake Raspberry shakes and other incredible food and drinks. Walk to pickleball courts, indoor pool, outdoor go-karts or turn the corner and rent snowmobiles and ATVs. (which you can ride directly from the home to trails.) Drive 3 minutes to Bridgerland Adventure Park, 20 minutes to Beaver Mountain Ski Lodge, and less than an hour to a few hot springs. Winter travel conditions? Don't worry- this home is still accessible because the road is flat and paved. Authorized for 28 people by the city, we have 6 queen beds, 1 queen mattress, 3 twin beds, 2 futons, and a full crib plus a sleeper sofa. Kids toys and books, DVD and VHS tapes for the nostalgic and roku enabled TVs for the modern traveler. Tons of board games and outdoor activities (basketball and tetherball!)

Why they chose this property

Unbelievably close to all the best parts of Bear Lake. With a bakery being remodeled across the street, you can wake up and enjoy a breakfast croissant in this peaceful area.
Gather the family and head to the beach access by foot or rent an ATV right around the corner and head straight to trails. A little afternoon crepe from Crepes and Coffee a block and a half away topped with LeBeau’s raspberry shake. Maybe rent some bikes and head out on the trails just across the street from the home and explore all of Garden City. The options are endless and you’re in the heart of it all.

What makes this property unique

No dirt roads, no loud neighbors, no long travel to the amazing parts of Bear Lake. Seriously in the heart of it all!
