The space
Romantic and quiet. Located in the center of the old town, close to everything.
A lovely place, a mix of modernism, and walls full of history.

The apartment is super spacious 85 square meters, high ceilings, characterized by being historic, with a private and quiet environment.
The kitchen is very well equipped, the laundry room includes a dryer and washing machine.

It has two small Romeo and Juliet-style balconies overlooking the calicanto walls and the private patio.

The property has half a visiting bathroom and in addition a very comfortable large bathroom.

Both living room and bedroom TVs have Smart TVs.

All the spaces are very organized and a very comfortable bed to get some rest.

Guests can access the building of 8 exclusive apartments with their own key.

Access keys are provided to guests from the entrance of the building by means of a safe box that is located at the entrance.

There is an intercom in the kitchen that is individually serviced by each apartment in case any food service or visit is received, with an access button that will allow entry without having to go down.

Although the apartment is in the heart of the old town, its privacy is unparalleled, with 24-hour security by the tourist police, silent and very clean. Internet 500Megas.
