With a spacious 1.7-acre yard, Fox Creek Cabin offers ample space for your family to roam and play freely. Pets are family too, and starting May 13, 2024, we happily welcome up to 2 dogs to join you on your vacation (no cats allowed). Conveniently located near the attractions of Pigeon Forge, yet tucked away in a peaceful setting, our log cabin allows your family to play volleyball, baseball, or soccer. We also have a brand new bocce court, a game for all ages!

The cabin's outdoor living spaces are a highlight, with a generous deck and huge yard that allow you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding nature. Here, you'll find a hot tub for relaxation under the stars, rocking chairs for quiet contemplation, and a barbecue grill for cookouts with family and friends.

★ HOT TUB:
The private hot tub is drained, cleaned, and sanitized before each stay. Picture yourself soaking under the stars, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature.

★ GRILL:

Charcoal grill in the backyard (charcoal not provided)
Fire pit area for s’mores and cozy times!
★ KITCHEN:

Fully stocked kitchen with appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils
Coffee station with drip coffee maker and French press (ground coffee provided)
Toaster with 4 wide slots
Toddler set of cup/plate/bowl
★ WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

Food
Condiments/seasonings/cooking oil, etc.
Passwords for any online video platforms
Filtered water is provided, but you may bring bottled water if preferred
★ START-UP PACKET:
We provide 1 paper towel roll, dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, travel shampoo & body wash (2 sets), kitchen can liners, toilet paper, and bar hand soap. You will need to bring/purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ LAUNDRY:
Whirlpool top load washer and dryer

★ HOUSE RULES:

Every guest making a reservation is required to sign a rental agreement prior to the arrival date.
Check-in is after 4:00pm; Check-out is at 10am on your departure date
Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation (including service animals). Please follow all pet rules listed below.
No parties, No smoking/vaping inside the cabin. No drugs. If smoke is detected inside the cabin, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be applied at check-out.
★ NATURE and WILDLIFE:

Fall months are "ladybug season," expect to see many around.
Black bears are in this area of TN. Always lock car doors/windows and don't leave food or drinks inside your car.
★ DOG RULES:

No cats allowed
House towels are NOT to be used for pets. Guests must bring their own towels for pets.
Pets are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtubs.
Guests must pick up after their dogs and discard waste properly. Cleaners will not pick up pet waste.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up any "accidents" their dog has caused. Notify us immediately for any issues.
If dogs shed, please brush outside daily and clean up hair inside the cabin.
Dogs are to be crated any time they are left alone.
Dogs are not allowed to sleep on beds or furniture, only on their designated pet beds. We have two pet beds.
Total charge of $75 for 1 or 2 dogs per stay. Any excessive dog hair or pet mess will be handled as "excessive cleaning" and charged by the hour by our cleaners.
★ GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will be provided the door code 1 day before check-in.

★ PARKING:
The cabin is easily accessible with any vehicle and has ample parking space. During the fall/winter months, a 4WD is not necessary. Enjoy flat roads, no mountain roads!

Spend the day exploring nearby attractions, then return to the cabin for an afternoon of games and fun in the expansive yard. As the sun sets, fire up the grill for a family barbecue, then relax in the hot tub under a canopy of stars. Your furry friends will love the freedom to roam and play, making this a vacation everyone will cherish.

I love the peaceful setting of this property and its relaxing atmosphere!
I purchased this cabin since I was nervous about driving in the mountains! This is very easy to get to! Plus, I love its rustic feel!

My goal is to provide the best support to my guests so they can enjoy a fantastic vacation in this beautiful area!
I self-manage this cabin and, to do so, I created my own company called Wooden Conqueror. For any questions, you will reach me directly ~ no property management or middle man.

There is ample free parking at the cabin. Please park only on the designated area and not on the grass.

★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths, plus 2 towels for the hot tub. If your group has more than two people who plan to use the hot tub, please bring additional towels.

What does the kitchen include? – The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen, plus a toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a regular drip coffee pot, a French press, and ground coffee. No seasonings, condiments, cooking oils, barbecue sauces, ketchup, etc. are provided.

Do you provide any baby items? – We provide a set of 2 toddler cups, 2 toddler plates, and 2 toddler bowls. For additional baby items, contact a rental equipment company in the area.

Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded. Power outages or any other "act of God" event will not be grounds for a refund. Please purchase travel insurance to cover your trip.

How is the drive up to the cabin? – The cabin is on a flat lot with easy roads. No need for a 4WD.
