The cottage is located on Swan Pond in Lyman, Maine. It has two bedrooms, sleeps 4, one queen bed and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, large deck 8 feet from shore front with magnificent view of the lake, boat dock and boat launch available. Heated and air conditioned with a heat pump, gas stove and microwave for indoor cooking, propane BBQ for outdoor cooking and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Please keep in mind that we don't have WI-FI, but there is OTA television with local channels.

Located in southern Maine while only 1 ½ hours from Boston, 1 ½ hours to North Conway and the New Hampshire white mountains, 45 minutes to Maine's largest city of Portland, 15 minutes from the ocean and the lovely coastal town of Kennebunkport.
