Lovely Studio in a Great Location
We had a wonderful stay at this spotless studio in Honolulu. Loved that we could walk to Waikiki beaches and restaurants. Free parking was very convenient and we received quick responses from management to our questions. Highly recommend staying here if you’re heading to the amazing island of Oahu!

Girls trip
Girls trip w my mom & daughter. Location was great, walking distance of downtown & beach. That being said, as it says in the ad, it gets loud but it was kinda neat listening to the street music at night. Condo was very clean. Free parking was great. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because there was remodeling next door so it got loud early. Communication with Niko was great.

Yeah for parking
Property was very nice & a decent price for Waikiki with parking included. Good check in instructtions. Had some minor lighting issues which got corrected quickly for the most part. Lots of good coffee and restaurants nearby. Online said all fees were included but there was a cleaning fee that was not. At first the manager said there was no cleaning fee then he changed his tune. Also, every night there was loud music which might bother some people. I would definitely stay a there again.

Conveniently located.
Pros: Don’t expect a 5-star hotel. It’s a studio. Has everything you need, including beach chair, umbrella, snorkeling gear, etc. Very conveniently located (close to shops, restaurants and beach). Parking is included. Cons: Mattress could be better. Make sure you wash beddings before jumping in for the night (although it was supposedly washed already). Conclusion: Will definitely stay here again.

Not as clean as I wished. However I'm a clean freak. It is such a cool building in a perfect Waikiki area. The parking option is great. The security folks and building management/maintenance are kind. The host is responsive and thoughtful. (Pssst, I'll be back.)

Great value blocks from Waikiki beach
Aloha! This place is great for a couple looking for a central spot within walking distance to a beautiful beach, delicious local restaurants and a great night’s sleep after exploring Waikiki. It can be noisy, but I had no problem falling and staying asleep. Definitely staying here when we make it back to O’ahu!

Great location in Waikiki and clean
I was very pleased with my studio. It was clean and had everything I needed. My studio came with free parking and there are no resort fees. I thought the pricing was very competitive with the surrounding hotels. The only suggestion would be is to install soundproof doors to the balcony to reduce the noise from the loud music from the clubs in Waikiki.

Everything was as stated on the VRBO page. The kitchen was well stocked. (A light over the stove would assist with cooking.) Location was great, within walking distance for the beach, shopping, restaurants, and bus service. Nice extras for the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony, listening to the nightly music. (7-11pm) Good value for your money.

Good stay
Due to the selection that we chose we ended up with just a studio place (basically a hotel with a full kitchen). Not gonna complain about that it work out well for my wife, kid, and I. Niko was fairly easy going but I could not reach him by calling. He did text me fairly quickly, within 30mins. Check in was fairly easy. Location was nice, right in the heart of Waikiki. Didn't have to drive any where to find a place to eat and the beach was less than a 10min walk. Down fall to that is that it can be very loud. Loud cars and people chattering. Didnt bother us much but it might to some people. We were evacuated due to a fire alarm, my complaint about this was that we were never inform by management what happened or even if we could go back in. We just assumed since the fire trucks were gone. A courtesy call or text would have been nice. Overall not a bad place and I'd stay again

Simple place, good location
The location is excellent, really easy to walk through to Waikiki beach. The detailed instructions for check in were great and pretty much every question I could have had were answered with the detailed info sheet on the back of the door. The apartment is basic, but spacious enough and clean. You can definitely hear the people above and next door, but I use a white noise machine at night so it wasn’t too bad. Kitchen well stocked with pans and basics. Having a parking spot was excellent.

Place was nice. Studio has everything you need. Check in process was a little difficult. Don't follow Google maps it will tell you to turn down a one way street. Close to beach. It is a little noisy and busy in the area

Perfect spot!!
I decided last minute to take my daughter to Hawaii! I found Niko’s place and it was perfect for us. The view from our 20th floor lanai was beautiful. There were mountains to the left and ocean to the right. The studio was clean and comfy. Shower had awesome water pressure and the AC was nice a cool. We were in walking distance for everything and only 3-5 minutes to the beach. Having the beach supplies was a perfect touch! Checking in and out was super easy too! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit! We appreciate it!! Mahalo!! ☀️

I loved this property it had all the supplies that was needed to enjoy our stay. From Kitchen, towels, laundry, beach chairs etc The location was central to Waikiki and also close to stores, shopping, and restaurants. I am happy that parking was included especially in Waikiki its rare. Check in was a breeze and I liked how the owner provided detailed instructions from check in to check out.

Great stay for adventurous couples
Location is solid. It’s a few minute walk away from everything Waikiki. 40-1hr drive to any other side of the island. Parking is included which saves you a good amount of money. Decor was really cute. Having a full kitchen, fridge, and coffee maker was wonderful as we could keep our drinking water cold, food fresh, and have a cup of brew before leaving. We spent more time outside than in, but I would absolutely stay here again. My only gripe was that the bed was not a queen, which they said it would be. Another thing, which isn’t a fault of the condo, is that it is very loud at night. Friday and Saturday nights do not quiet down until 11-12pm.
