Gorgeous view of the Hollywood sign right at the entry door, this meticulously designed condo, offers an exceptional and memorable stay unlike any other. A 65-inch 4K TV in the living room along with a 55-inch 4K in the bedroom both with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ already set up on them. One powder room on the ground level and one full bathroom on the second floor right next to the 2 bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary appliances. (No dishwasher).

Guests will have access to the complex via a 4-digit code at the entry gate, once inside the complex they will locate their unit and enter a different code on the smart lock to gain access inside the unit.

The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequently as possible to address their needs.
Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to a few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day.

The main gate shall remain closed at all times.
Guests are NOT to occupy neighbors' parking spots under any circumstance. If the cameras record your vehicle in the wrong spot, your account will be charged a penalty instantly and your vehicle will be towed away without prior notice.
Make sure you respect the quiet hours and max. occupancy as we strive to maintain a peaceful habitat for all tenants.
