Guests will have access to the entire top-floor apartment, which includes a private entrance. Parking on the premises is currently limited to one car per unit, located in the back. However, street parking is widely available and completely acceptable in this sought-after neighborhood. You'll love exploring the wonderful neighborhood and all that Mobile has to offer!

For your convenience and safety, access to the unit is provided via a smart lock. Exterior cameras are also installed on the premises for the safety of our guests and to protect our property. Our neighborhood is very walkable, and you'll find it easy to explore the charming historic homes and nearby attractions on foot. For those who prefer to ride, Uber and other ride-sharing services are readily available and offer a convenient way to get around town. We have parking available for two cars on the property, and street parking is also widely available and acceptable. However, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and refrain from parking in front of their homes, particularly the Yellow House next door, as they rely on street parking for their vehicles.

From here, you'll be just minutes away from a plethora of local attractions, including Washington Square Park, the Oakleigh House Museum, and the bustling downtown district. Stroll through the tree-lined streets and soak up the ambiance of this unique and captivating neighborhood. We also have security cameras set up at the front and back of the exterior of the property for your safety!

Also... note that you're booking Unit 3 - if you're facing the property, it's the double doors to the right (up the stairs facing the street). Once inside the foyer, you'll go to the single door on the right with a keypad to get upstairs inside the unit.
