Belle Vue is a boutique homestead retreat set on a permaculture hobby farm overlooking the rolling hills & pastures of the Byron Bay Hinterland.

The sun soaked homestead boasts mesmerising sunrise to sunset views of horses and cows grazing; features edible gardens, open-plan living house, 15 metre salt water lap pool, & a spacious patio with fire pit.

The homestead is 20 minutes drive from Byron Bay, 15 from Broken Head & 10 minutes from the pristine beaches of Ballina & Lennox Head.

Our property is an off grid set up, which comes with the perks of enjoying prestige filtered rain water, and if you enjoy cooking during your stay you are welcome to utilise the abundance of herbs and spices, and fruit (when in season) available to pick from the permaculture kitchen garden.

The sun soaked space boasts mesmerising sunrise to sunset views of horses and cows grazing; features edible gardens, open-plan living house, 15 metre salt water lap pool, & a spacious patio with star views from fire pit.

The homestead is 20 minutes drive from Byron Bay, 15 from Broken Head & 10 minutes from the pristine beaches of Ballina & Lennox Head.

The main house sleeps 4 guests comfortably with 1 king and 2 king singles, with the main bedroom boasting hinterland & garden views.

The large bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms — making the sleeping set up especially perfect for families with young children.

A key feature of our farm to table concept incorporates a kitchen designed to satisfy any professional chef, or anyone who like to cook, and cook well, with the fresh produce available from our organic gardens or surrounding farmer’s markets.

The breathtaking views sweep north east to north west. This positioning of the home maximises light, and breezes with plenty of room for all & a huge entertaining area outside with perpetual panoramic views of horses grazing in the property paddocks and the lush hills of macadamia trees.

There is an additional dwelling attached to the main house on the southern end which is occupied by the host. You have a completely separate entry and the house has a completely private with an outlook entirely facing North East to North West.

The 15 metre lap pool is located on the southern entrance of the property a shared space. There will be many opportunities to swim in private during your stay. However, unless pre-arranged for a fee, as hosts we will not avoid the use of our pool to accommodate guests. We are always happy to have a chat if you are wanting to swim whilst we are.
