The Space:
The Lodges at Reedmont are a group of newly built luxury cabins available for the first time in the Spring of 2024! While each cabin comes with it's own individual flavor, they all boast the same designer-crafted floorplan with some of their own individual character & personality in the design choices. We have a new introductory price since these are new builds, so take advantage while you can!

Here is exactly what you can expect at one of these beautiful new cabins:

Pull into the new development and locate your cabin using the house numbers. You'll have parking space for 2-3 cars right outside your front door. Just climb a couple of steps, punch in your code, and you're in!

Inside, the contemporary feel will let you wind down, and relax, and spread out. The kitchen's got everything you need for cooking a meal for the whole family or just enjoying a late night pack of Totinos with your friends.

Each cabin has 4 bedrooms; 1 king bed on the main floor, 2 Queen bedrooms on the upper level, and 1 room with a queen over queen bunk bed in the basement. Throughout the house the bedrooms have full bathrooms close by that allow guests to not feel crowded and able to spread out.

Each property comes with an indoor pool private for your use only as well as your very own hot tub; fully drained cleaned & refilled between each guest. We love the hot tubs for enjoying a late night wind-down after a day at the park or in the Smokies!

We provide starter supplies of all the essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, etc.) but feel free to bring whatever will make you feel most comfortable. As a parting gift for our inaugural year, we will be giving all travelers membership to our Reedmont Club which will give you exclusive discounts and deals for future stays with us and other nearby attractions!

PLEASE NOTE: Parts of the neighborhood will still be under construction through Spring of 2025 but there are pockets of the neighborhood that are already completely finished. We would expect some construction noise to occur during city-approved working hours, but check our reviews for current guest feedback!

Guest Access:
This is a brand new cabin with all new furnishings.

・Coded lock on the front door, you will receive the access code 24 hours before check in. No office check in required.

Welcome to Sevierville TN. Home to world famous attractions, Sevierville TN is the perfect blend of nature, and family fun. Home to Dollywood, Soaky Mountain Water Park, and more. While staying with us take advantage of our direct coupon codes for Soaky Mountain Water Park.

Our location is a short drive to many of these great attractions, dining and shopping spots in the area while being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We know you'll find plenty to do & see in our little mountain town.

・Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters (NOT Blankets)
・You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.
・We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
・We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap. For longer stays you will need to buy more!

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Sunday 9 AM - 9 PM via Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
