Smoking:
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Additional charges will apply if this rule is not followed.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Guests are expected to leave the property in an acceptable cleaning condition. This includes not leaving dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, not accumulating excess garbage in the bins, and avoiding stains on the floor and walls. If the property requires additional cleaning after your departure, an additional charge of the same cleaning cost marked on the reservation will apply.

Communication for Local Guests:
Local guests must communicate with the host before making a reservation.

Restrictions on Unregistered Visitors:
Unregistered overnight visitors are not allowed. Any visit not included in the reservation will be subject to an additional charge according to the prevailing rate for each additional guest.

Families with Children:
Our property is NOT equipped to accommodate families with babies

Maximum Capacity:
The maximum number of people allowed on the property is 2 at any time.

Respect for Community Rules:
Guests must respect and comply with all community rules established within the property.

Additional Fees:
By making the reservation, you agree to the following additional fees:

Smoking: $200 USD per day for smoking on the property.
Late Check-Out: $20 USD if departure after the established time is not authorized.
Lost Keys: $130 USD for key replacement and locks in case of loss.
Consequences for Non-Compliance:
Any violation of the house rules may result in the immediate expulsion of all guests without refund.
Booking Commitment:
By booking, you agree to do so in good faith and commit to not damaging the property due to disagreements with Airbnb or the host in case of rule violation.
Responsibility for Damages:
In the event that a breach of the house rules results in additional costs for repairing or reimbursing the next guest, the current guest will be responsible for covering such costs.
