Built in 1959, this 5 bedroom/4 bathroom, 3600 sf opulent pool(salt+heated) home was fully remodeled new inside and out, comes with RV parking with water and 50 amp hookups, private boat dock, dual wave runner dock, extravagant outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, beautiful and cozy outdoor living and dining conceptual spaces, coffee/espresso bar, large game room with a 14' bar and wet bar, professional foos-ball & shuffle board tables, smart tv's throughout the whole home including an outdoor patio tv. This home has multiple unique living spaces giving everyone in your family/group space to roam and a large master chef's kitchen suited with luxury appliances including a double oven and robust coffee/espresso bar. Boat rentals delivered to house! OR bring your own boat and dock it at our 36' dock. Multiple boat drops within minutes of the home. Fish off the dock and seawall! Kayak the canals! Just a few minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River providing easy access to the Gulf and a 5 minute drive to the Downtown River District for all the dining and entertainment one could ask for!

THE PROPERTY
While enjoying your stay at the Brilliant Pearl Luxe, you will be immersed into the amenities that await outside. There is a covered patio living area with a dining table for 10, plus an additional lounge setting. The 30-foot outdoor kitchen includes storage cabinets, a fireplace, a paradise grill barbecue, cooktop, & cocktail sink station, all installed with L.E.D lighting. In addition, the outdoor area has a weatherproof 65" TV and just below it you will find, pool floats, Jenga and Corn hole stored in the chest to enjoy with the family.

As you make your way to the heated saltwater pool oasis, a 10 x 18 shaded pergola awaits with additional lounging options where you can relax by the large pool, converse with a glass of wine, or just take in the beautiful scenery. The outdoor swimming accommodations are truly remarkable. For you boat lovers, a 35-foot boat dock and captain walk await, whether you want to bring your boat or rent one through our local partner, we have the space to accommodate your boat docking! **We have a local boat rental partner who can deliver boats to the house.

We can also accommodate RV’s (Please Inquire with host for rates). There is a designated driveway large enough for any size motor home and includes a 50-amp hookup plus a water hookup. GUEST ACCESS
We have two owner designated areas that have blue stanchion ropes with signs on to prevent any confusion. For safety and liability purposes we kindly ask to not cross those ropes or enter into the areas below.
1. Boat Lift:
Owners boat is on the boat lift. You are more than welcome to rent a boat or bring your own boat and dock it at our 35' boat dock. There are multiple local boat drops in the area and provides easy access to the house. You can also rent a boat locally and they will deliver the boat to the house and also pick it up when you are done with it. If you are not familiar with the River, please contact Pure Imagination Management for tips. The boat dock is your designated boat area for docking purposes.

2. Lifeguard Station
The life guard station is off limits. Please do not go up the stairs to prevent injury.

In addition, we have designated cabinets with locks on them. Feel free to use any unlocked cabinets for your convenience. The garage doors will be locked. Besides that, the house is yours to enjoy to the fullest capacity and we look forward to hosting your amazing vacation stay. WHAT TO EXPECT

PARKING
PLEASE use dedicated parking spaces located on either of the two driveways. There is a driveway for two cars in front of the garage and an oversized driveway on the front side of the lot which up to three cars can park on. Please avoid parking in front of neighbor's houses. If you have more than five cars in your group we will have instructions prior to your arrival.

WIFI AND STREAMING
The entire house has high speed internet with extenders due to the size of the home. In addition we have provided Hulu and Disney + as a complimentary service on all of the 7 TV's for our guests. Feel free to log in and out to any of your other steaming services.

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is fully supplied for all your cooking and food storage needs. With each stay you will be provided a full roll of paper towels, 10 dishwashing pads, one sponge, 10 ziplock bags and 10 trash bags. We encourage recycling and have provided designated cans for your convenience. Cleaning products can be found under the sink.

COFFEE BAR
The coffee bar is fully stocked with a Keurig machine, Nespresso Machine and a regular coffee maker for your grounds. With each stay we will provide 6 assorted coffee K-Cups, 6 assorted tea K-Cups, and 4 Nespresso coffee pods + 4 espresso pods. The coffee bar will have 10 to-go cups and lids, assorted sugar and sugar alternatives, stirs, and coffee syrup.

BATHROOM
Each bathroom will be stocked with 4 towels, 4 wash cloth, and 4 face cloth plus each will have 2 new rolls of toilet paper, hairdryer, a box of Kleenex, and two sets of travel toiletries including a bar of soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Each bathroom has its own First Aid Kit.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Here you will find a vacuum, iron, ironing board, broom, dust pan and a laundry hamper.
The laundry room will be stocked with 10 laundry detergent pods plus 10 fabric softener sheets.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom has ceiling fans, lamps, additional seating, dresser storage inside the closets, hangers, and a luggage stand. A basket is provided to place the throw pillows. Each room has a charging and plug port as well as a noise maker alarm clock. In addition 4 of the 5 bedrooms all have smart TV's. In the kids room there is a small desk for them to enjoy.

GAME ROOM/BAR
There is a professional Brunswick Foos-Ball Table and a professional Olhausen Shuffleboard. Please play responsibly. Please do not place drinks on the tables. Leave all equipment for games at the tables. A 14' Custom bar and a 75" smart tv make for a perfect room to watch the games. There is also a wet bar with a sink, wine fridge and kegerator. For Kegerator use, please inquire with host for arrangements. Most importantly, HAVE FUN!

SMALL CHILDREN
We provide a pack and play, high chair, portable changing pad and portable bedside gate.

SMART LIGHTS AND ALARM
There is a 52 light architectural landscape design on the house. These come on and turn off automatically.
Some of the rooms have smart dimmers.
There are 5 ADT cameras on the exterior of the home and boat areas actively recording for your convenience and safety.

PETS
Two dogs maximum allowed once approved by management. There are two dog leashes and two bowls provided at the house. Must inquire with hosts prior to booking.
*PLEASE NOTE: CLEANLINESS IS A PRIORITY. IF WE HAVE GUESTS WITH DOGS, WE PERFORM A DEEPER CLEAN TO REMOVE ALL DOG HAIR*

HOUSE RULES

5. Remove trash and all food items before you leave.
6. Please do not enter the boat lift area or lifeguard station for liability purpose. The boat dock is your dedicated space to dock.
7. Park in one of the two driveways only and please do not park in front of the neighbor's homes.
8. No drinks placed on top of foos-ball and shuffleboard tables.
9. Please leave all bed linens on the beds after use.
