Close to restaurants, multiple golf courses, shopping, hiking and less than 30 minutes to the Tucson airport.

We are two couples (siblings)owning this property jointly. One couple is from Canby Oregon the other from Lyle Washington. We are all retired, several years, and all outdoor people. The property was purchased to get us away from winters grip in the northwest for a few months.
Why they chose this property
Another sibling owns the other half of this townhouse and in visiting we have fallen in love with the golf course views, the weather, and all the other amenities of Green Valley.

Being on the golf course at the green, and the wonderful patios, front and back, make this property unique.
