Nestled in a tranquil street, short walk to the pristine beach, vibrant dining and entertainment options, and its own lap, heated pool, this property offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

BEDROOMS:
Boasting 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this spacious retreat offers ample room for families and friends to relax and unwind.

Master bedroom en-suite offers a king bed, TV, and pool access. An en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.
Bedroom #2 has twin bunk bed and queen size bed along with TV and its own half bathroom.
Bedroom #3 offers king size bed along with walk-in closet and work space.
Bedroom #4 is appointed with a queen size bed.

INTERIOR:
Step inside to discover a welcoming and relaxed interior. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your daily cooking and offers ample space for everyone to gather together with a breakfast nook as well as a separate dining room.

The home provides 2 separate living/seating areas with its own TVs providing plenty of space to unwind after a day of fun.

OUTSIDE:
Outside, a private oasis awaits. Lounge by the sparkling pool with waterfall, sip cocktails on the sun-drenched patio, or fire up the grill for a barbecue under the stars. With lush landscaping and serene surroundings, it's the ideal setting for enjoying the balmy Florida weather.

The house comes stocked with all the beach necessities- 7 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 beach cart, 2 coolers and plenty of towels to take along. We also provide 4 adult bikes along with helmets. Plenty of water toys and activities are provided as well.

LOCATION:
Located in one of the most desirable locations on the island- under 10 min walk to Winterberry Beach access or 0.5 mile walk to South Beach access, 5 min walk to Marco Golf and Garden and Marco Walk Plaza (Marco Prime, Oyster Society, Davinci's, ice cream shops and the only movie theater on the island). Mackle park is 1.4 miles away or just a short 10 min bike ride. Publix is 2 miles from the property.
