This contemporary designed villa is located in the beautiful seaside town of Villefranche-sur-Mer between Nice and Monaco. This holiday villa is set on 3 levels and is situated in a quiet residential area located just above the town offering incredible views of the village and bay of Villefranche. This modern home has been fully refurbished to high standards and offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, an open-plan dining and living area, a TV lounge, and infinity pool. The villa gates open onto a large parking area for up to 4 cars with an incredible 180° panoramic sea view as the backdrop.

As you park your car you walk down several stairs to arrive to the outdoor dining area, just off the main floor with the kitchen and living area where there are large sliding glass doors that open onto spectacular uninterrupted views. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor. Two more bedrooms, including the master bedroom, are located at the pool level.

This luxury villa offers an open living plan featuring a spacious and bright living and dining area.
