Newly Remodeled Luxury Waterfront Home on the Venice Canals - short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. Close to LAX, Loyola Marymount University, Silicon Beach & Santa Monica.

The home has everything for a luxury vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked w/ stainless steel appliances, dinnerware/silverware/cookware (Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, wine fridge). Cleaning supplies, TP, etc. are provided. Master bedroom has large walk in closet and a balcony overlooking the canal. Each bedroom has a new smart tv and luxury sheets. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. The dining room table seats 6. The cozy living room has a large screen smart TV. Enjoy views of the canal from the large back deck. The deck has outdoor seating, a fire pit. Relax in our hot tub.

The home includes 5 beach cruisers, a pedal boat to cruise the canals, beach toys, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Baby/infant friendly - Pack n’Play and Bassinet available upon request. Free parking in 2-car garage.
