Preference for weekly rentals!! Excellently maintained 2 BR/2 BA second floor unit is ready for your dream vacation for summer fun! Living room includes a pull out sofa, so sleeps six. Located just off of Rt. 1 behind Big Fish Market and Arena's Cafe in Eagle's Landing-Captiva Sands. Short bike ride to beaches, parks, and downtown Rehoboth. Spend your days on the beach or in downtown Rehoboth, then come home to your own paradise and use of three community pools or tennis courts, with plenty of shaded walking areas and picturesque ponds. Short drive to Tanger Outlets, grocery stores, and shopping. Close proximity to Gordon Pond park and biking trails. This condo has Berber carpet, a washer and dryer. Relax and kick up your feet; One parking space and guest parking available. Linens provided upon request with an extra fee. Fully-equipped kitchen with all amenities to prepare your meals ensuite. Coffeemaker, waffle iron, toaster, microwave, etc. Generous closet space with two walk-in closets.
