Tucked behind the upscale 30Avenue Shops lies a quiet, storybook neighborhood with cobblestone streets, friendly neighbors, and a HEATED community pool. You will be staying in the closest house to the pool, just a few steps outside its backdoor, is bright, modern, and insta-worthy. It's also where you'll call home for your stay in Inlet Beach!
— HEATED POOL —
The community pool is now HEATED! Not only can you relax on your screened-in back porch with direct views of the pool, but now you can enjoy swimming for even more of the year. The current heated schedule includes March, April, late October, November, and Christmas week through New Year’s. Pool heating is managed by the neighborhood association and is subject to change. No refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a specific temperature or becomes temporarily unavailable.
Our home is so close to everything yet hidden enough from the noisy hustle and bustle of busy-season beach crowds. It's charming, cozy, private, and modern. You'll love it here!
The recently completed $5 million pedestrian tunnel under Highway 98 now offers a safe and convenient connection from Inlet Beach to Rosemary Beach. This project means our guests can enjoy a quick, enjoyable walk to all the attractions of Rosemary—boutique shops, restaurants, and the beautiful 30A area—without the paying Rosemary Beach high prices for rentals or getting caught in all the congestion and traffic. After a day of exploring, retreat to the tranquility of our rental, and your own private oasis of our screened in porch directly overlooking the pool. Allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of 30A living without the drawbacks. Your peaceful coastal getaway just got even better!
Borrow our six beach cruisers and take a short, 3-minute bike ride to the beach or the picturesque Rosemary Beach downtown. Just coast through the secret, back entrance to 30Avenue, and wander down the historic 30A street to enjoy one-of-a-kind boutiques and local flavors. Or use our personal gate code to access the community pool anytime. You could even enjoy the warm days from the comfort of our private, screened porch that overlooks the pool. And if you forgot your beach chairs or towels, we've got plenty you could use.
The house is located in a private HOA residential community in the charming subdivision, West Shore Place. Access your private driveway and use the keyless entry for a truly private escape.
