Cozy Cottage on family hazelnut farm in beautiful Willamette Valley
Enjoy peace and quiet in a lovely rural setting. Our cozy cabin is located on the edge of our hazelnut orchard. The covered front porch is great for morning coffee, and the nearby brick paved patio with table and chairs can also be enjoyed for meals or relaxation. Our cabin first floor features a complete kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave over, and enough counter space to prepare your own meals. The dining area is across from the kitchen. The living room has a no-heat electric fireplace for ambiance on cozy winter evenings. Upstairs is the bedroom with queen size bed, reading area, and bathroom. Heating and air-conditioning provided by mini-splits located upstairs and downstairs. Take an early morning stroll in the orchard and enjoy the birds songs; if you are very quiet, you might see a bunny before it scampers away to hide.

This property is located in the country and easy access to Mount Hood and other great scenic areas. Definitely a great spot if you want to see multiple places and get to really enjoy the country living of Oregon.
In all of our travels this stay will be remembered as among the best; away from bustle of Portland but still within easy reach of all her attractions.
We found our bungalow getaway clean and new, overlooking the nut orchards on Charlotte’s family farm. It’s been thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for meals, evening entertainment, and restoring rest. We took our breakfasts on the lawn.
During a spell of uncommonly hot weather we easily stayed comfortable. Though the setting felt private, Charlotte was available and attentive. She seemed rightfully proud of this place she has lived on since 1960!
Nearby, sample the loving labors of the Benedictine monks at their Mt Angel brewery after hiking among stunning waterfalls of Silver Creek state park.
