Welcome to our beautiful beach apartment in Isla Verde, PR! Nestled just a few steps away from the sun-kissed sands, our cozy apartment offers the ultimate beachside retreat. This space accommodates up to 2 guests comfortably and provides an ideal setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The apartment features one bedroom, living room, a full kitchen, one bathroom and a pool. It is just an 8 min drive from the airport, 5 mins from Condado and 10 mins to Old San Juan.

If you plan to explore the area and places such as Condado, Old San Juan, for example, you may use scooter and/or ubers.
If you wish to explore further away places, such as Rincón or Aguadilla, renting a car can be a great option.
Please keep everything as it was found.
Avoid damaging items in the unit or they will be charged after house cleaning.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Please keep noise levels down during your stay out of respect to the neighbors.
