It's all about LOCATION, begin making memories in the beautiful 3 bdrm 3 Full bath home that is within walking distance to all the amenities OL has to offer. Located on the second street across from the basketball court, and close to both playgrounds. Wonderful location!

The first floor includes:
* A fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.
*Kitchen table for 4
* Large dining table with 5 chairs and large bench. Seating for 8 at table.
* The family area has a sofa, love seat, flat screen tv and ceiling fan.
* Hall- Full Bath with a tub/shower combo.
* Bedroom with King size bed, tv and ceiling fan.


The second floor includes:
* Queen Master bedroom with tv, ceiling fan and access to the top deck with ocean view. Ensuite bath has tub/shower combo.
* Second bedroom has a queen bed, tv, ceiling fan, large closet and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo.
* The area between these two bedrooms features a twin with a twin trundle underneath with a tv and ceiling fan.

* Full size washer and dryer on main level
* WIFI and Cable are included

The first-floor deck has a table and chairs and a few rockers. You can sit out in the morning with your coffee and enjoy the ocean view.

Under the house is a picnic table

Hot/Cold outdoor shower for washing off sand before entering the house
Some beach toys and boogie boards available.
