Needs Improvement
The top issues were; (1) property not cleaned well; (2) insufficient lighting in two bathrooms - floor lamp in one with a dead bulb, wall lighting with two dead bulbs in other bathroom (3) insufficient toilet tissue at check-in, only less than 1/2 a roll in one bathroom. The host dropped off tissue the following day after 12:30pm. By then, we purchased some. A positive is the return to m sizes were large. However, the negatives out weighed this and I wouldn’t want to stay here again or recommend. The negatives are: (1) Dirty minus bedding & towels; (2) no remote for one tv; (3) uncomfortable beds; (4) barely operable Keurig coffee maker; (5) no outdoor lighting making it challenging in the evening. Overall the property is low quality because it’s not kept up. It has great potential but lacks TLC. The exterior driveway and walkway is horrible. The exterior seating is uninviting because of the driveway condition. The host stop community the following day when notified the property was dirty yet a 199 fee is added to our stay. Unfair to us!
