The space
Step out to our private patio and you'll be greeted by a stunning view of The Three Sisters, one of Canmore's most famous and beautiful mountain ranges!
Our stylish rustic-modern condo looks out at the spectacular Canadian Rocky Mountains. The condo features two bedrooms with very comfortable NEW beds, and stunning mountain views! There is a full kitchen where you can cook a delicious meal , 2 bathrooms, and in-suite laundry. Don't feel like cooking?! The condo is located in the Grande Rockeries resort which offers a delicious restaurant off of the main lobby called the "Grande Kitchen + Bar" Also, our suite is centrally located and is within walking distance of downtown Canmore where you'll find cute cafes, fun bars and restaurants, as well as elevated dining experiences.
Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen size bed in the second bedroom. A BRAND NEW Pull-Out Couch in the Living Room to comfortably sleep 6 guests - Perfect for Families!
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, spices, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, oven, high end coffee espresso machine, rice cooker and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

The Grande Rockies resort features a amazing indoor/outdoor hot tub, an indoor swimming pool with 3-storey water slide, delicious restaurant, free WiFi, and secure underground parking, all of which is accessible to guests!

IMPORTANT: Grande Rockies Update: Hallway Replacement Project
- You will see information/caution signs in the lobby and by all elevators in place the first week of March.
- The contractors will arrive on Tuesday, March 4th.
- Contractors will need unit doors to be opened so they can paint door jambs. Peka will be in contact with owners with 1-2 weeks' notice.
- Initially, Elevator 1 will be used for construction, so please use Elevator 2 or 3 (as construction progresses, watch for signs, as this will change).
- Please allow them space to do needed work, and please do be cautious and watch your step during construction.
IMPORTANT: Please be advised that the pool facilities will be closed from April 13th to April 18th for the annual maintenance.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
