Welcome to Stone Haus, the main home of three newly renovated spaces at the Sunday Haus Estate. The property is located just one block from Fredericksburg’s historic Main Street. The home sleeps up to 6 and boasts original character while offering comfortable, modern amenities like plush beds, luxury linens and a fully stocked kitchen. Each unit also has its own private courtyard with a fire pit and hot tub. Come relax, reconnect and enjoy all the hill country has to offer at Sunday Haus.

The Space:
DOWNSTAIRS
Front Dining Area/Living Space: Dining table for 8, Samsung Smart TV, Cable, and Internet, full living space with couch and 2 chairs

Kitchen: Smeg full-size fridge, microwave, stove, Nespresso coffee-maker with complimentary pods, tableware for 6

Den: Seating for 6, TV, queen-size pullout couch, overhead fan

UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1 and 2 (located upstairs): King sized bed, overhead fan, full length mirror, Smart TV, iron and board in closet

Shared Bathroom: Bathtub/shower combo, double vanity, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer).

Outdoor spaces: Your private courtyard includes a hot tub, fire pit and seating. There is a common area at the back of the property that all guests have access to. This includes a turf lawn, a covered pavilion with outdoor TV, seating areas, fans, drink coolers and fire pit.

*Please note:
This home was built in the 1800's and still has the original staircase. Known by travelers and ex-pats as “Dutch stairs,” these staircases are smaller and harder to traverse than your standard staircase. These have not been altered since their original construction to preserve the history of the home. In doing so, we ask that guests exercise extreme caution when using these historic stairs.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the property through front door codes. Guests will also have access to our laundry room located downstairs at Stone Haus.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood you're staying in is located on a quaint and quiet street one block off of Main St. Walk to dinner, enjoy the many fabulous coffee shops, shopping and tasting rooms just minutes away! Some of our favorite spots within a 5 minute walk of Sunday Haus are Caliche Coffee, Alla Campagna, Hondo's and Frisch Juice.

Getting Around:
Guest will access the property through the door code.

Guests will have designated parking access on the property. Level 2 EV charger are available and complimentary to guests. Each unit has its own charger for a total of 3 chargers on the property.

Other Things to Note:
-Check in at 4 PM, Check out at 11 AM (early check in available for a fee on request)
-The property is kid friendly, we allow children/infants. Please know the house is not childproof, please be cautious of fireplace and hot tub areas. Never leave your child unattended.
-Complimentary Wifi access
-No pets
-No smoking on property
