Mariner West is a small, quiet complex located on Thomas Drive on the east end of Panama City Beach. The building was recently renovated with all new windows, doors, exterior painting, and pool resurfacing. Mariner West offers guests a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and an outdoor grilling area. It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, & Outlaws BBQ and just a short 5-minute drive to both St. Andrew's State Park and pontoon boat rentals.
This 5th floor unit boasts approximately 900 feet of beachfront living space, including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, dining area, one bedroom with King sized bed, two full bathrooms (both with shower/tub combo), and private laundry room. The living area features ample seating including a pull out sofa and comfortable recliner. Dine or lounge on your spacious private covered balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
