Step out onto the top level sun deck to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic while drinking your morning coffee!

With 10 bedrooms, 9 full baths and 4 half baths, there is plenty of room to spread out at Chillin’ the Most.

The large pool area complete with a hot tub and a cabana bar is sure to be your family’s favorite hang out spot. A convenient half bath off the pool area is also provided. Step inside for a snack in the ground level kitchenette, complete with seating, a pool table, and a media room, perfect for movie night. Two arcade games will also help keep the kids entertained during nights in.

Guests will enjoy a relaxing and convenient stay with an elevator to all levels and a community beach access less than 350 feet away!

The private pool is 30x15. Pool heat is available for $500/week.
