There is a $150 HOA mandatory registration fee that must be paid when picking up your parking pass when you arrive. The office only accepts check or money order, so please be prepared when you arrive with one of the two.

The property is located on an Island and will also require the use of tolls. SunPass should be purchased at local convenience or grocery store prior to your arrival.

Your email is required when booking and the form must be filled out and sent back to me ASAP to ensure a proper and timely complete booking. The form is mandatory and required no less than 10 days prior to booking.

(FYI: Since initial renovations and listing 2 Ring cameras were installed in the front and back of the property but do not currently record)
