Other Things to Note:
We mandate that all guests provide valid ID before they can book this property. After your booking, you'll receive a link to share such identification, and we'll send a renter's agreement to you. Upon signing the agreement, we'll provide the instructions for check-in.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.

We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
