Located on the banks of Canyon Creek just 4 miles out of town and just a few miles from some of the best hiking Washington has to offer. This small RV is off grid and runs on battery and propane.
This is a great place to relax after a long day of hiking all set up to cook your best meal ever with the Blackstone griddle and BBQ. Or, enjoy hotdogs over the fire pit -- your choice.

The space
This is a 2017 R-Pod 19ft long with all of the amenities, Heat for those cold mornings 2 burner cook top 12 volt refer and an ice chest for your cold beverages just outside the door. the site includes lawn chairs a picnic table and a screen room off the side for added privacy. the trailer has a small wet bath with toilet, small dinette with seating for 3, a stereo with DVD and a small TV.
I have provided all of the plates, silverware cups and pots and pans as well as a Keurig Coffee and a few pods with sweetener and creamer. I have also included a percolator to warm water for tea.

Bedding for the queen bed is cleaned after every stay.

really all you will need is food and ice for your cold beverages it has a small refrigerator for your food.

We have provided towels for the River and or outside shower.

The Blackstone griddle and BBQ will be ready for your next great outdoor meal.
Guest access
My wife and i do live on this property with our 12-month-old labradoodle in the main house located on the front side of the property.
you enter through a locked gate and cross a small bridge to the back side of our property where we have three R-Pod trailers located on the riverside.
Parking is just next to the trailers. We have three different R-Pods we list here and they are 200 ft apart from each other allowing for allot of space for each guest and some privacy.
Other things to note
Depending on time of year the river the river can run pretty swift. there is a great swimming hole that is 5 ft+ deep and shallows on either end for young ones but please watch the kids.
This is a private Access riverbank but often people will float by from upriver as they enjoy the cool water in the summer heat.
We own 680ft of riverbank, so lots of space to spread out.

We will allow pets, but they must be leashed when on the property.
some local residents allow their dogs to roam and they are friendly but just in case.
Note we have (3) R-Pods listed so if this one is booked, please check the other two for availability

We have owned this property for almost 30 years and have raised our family here. the river has always been a big part of our fun and adventures, swimming fishing and beach combing. With our kids grown up we decided to share this property with others here on VRBO. We live on site and will greet most all guest to make sure everything it to their liking and sometimes bring treats.

Why they chose this property

As a avid fisherman I chose this property as a single man many years ago for the great fishing spot and swimming hole. the small Neiborhood with very friendly people.

What makes this property unique

We chose R-Pod trailers due to their size and uniqueness. small but roomy. with a nice size gravel beach and flowing water the sounds of nature can make the most stressed person relax.
