Cozy one bedroom one bathroom ground floor unit in the popular Kona Isle complex, a peaceful, ocean front gem with beautifully landscaped grounds. The property offers a solar heated swimming pool near the ocean surrounded by lounge chairs and tables, an ocean front beach BBQ area with picnic tables to enjoy dinner with the spectacular sunsets underneath the coconut palms. Just steps away you can enjoy the famous Rivi's Salt Water Pool.

The living area is equipped with a brand new sleeper sofa with queen size memory foam mattress. Ceiling fans in every room keeping the condo cool comfortable. A/C unit is available for the rare hot day! The kitchen is equipped with a full sized oven with cooktop, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker plus a washer and dryer in the unit. Other amenities include a 55 inch 4K smart TV, Spectrum cable TV with high speed WiFi. A/C in living room and reverse osmosis alkaline water purifier in the kitchen.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the private lanai while you admire the many colorful birds who stop by each morning, or just the breathtaking views from anywhere.

*Outdoor equipment includes beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler bag, boogie board and snorkeling equipment.*

Relaxing Kona Isle condo in a great location
My family of four just returned from an 8 day stay at this condo in Kona Isle. It was a perfect location close to Kona town, but still very quiet. It was also a short walk to the Ali’i Gardens Marketplace for great souvenirs and food. We enjoyed watching the waves each morning/evening and grilling out at the outside BBQ area. The condo has all the utensils you need for cooking and preparing meals. My kids especially enjoyed all the beach supplies. The condo has boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and snorkeling equipment so it made it super easy to head to the beach. The manager checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great vacation and would highly recommend.
