The condo offers fast wireless internet access and its kitchen has everything you need to cook in terms of equipment. The living room offers Apple TV service and pool views. Just off the living room rests your private terrace overlooking the pool. Vaiven del Viento offers 4 pools: one of them is a heated pool and another one a lap pool; some of them have fountains and soaking beds, these pools have different depths for all ages, ample lounge chairs, umbrellas, and shaded areas surrounding the pools. This condo has direct access to the heated pool.

The complex offers protection from rain and sun by walking through the underground parking from the lobby to the apartment by elevator. There is also a ramp from the underground parking space to the elevator, ideal for the disabled. The lifts will take you also to the fitness center, the solarium, and the game room.

The solarium on the third floor has a jacuzzi and on the second floor a large shaded seating area for parties and games that include a pool table, a ping pong table, and also a big free on-site fitness center.
