West Philadelphia is a beautiful part of town it has everything you need close by. Transportation, food stores and parks. Also within 1 mile of 2 universities and several hospitals.
What makes this property unique
My property is newly renovated and has everything you need inside. Full bathroom, dry bar, full kitchen, refrigerator, 70 inch fireplace, 70 inch flat screen ( PRIVATE ENTRANCE ) and free laundry and free WiFi as well. Snacks and more.
