About this property

Unique Bank Building from 1900 - with all amenities, fully renovated!

Stay in one of the most unique buildings in Rocky Top, TN - a Bank Building from 1900, where the Coal miners used to deposit their money in the old days!
Many of the artifacts from that time are being carefully restored and are or will soon be on display in the building.

This unique property has been carefully renovated to include all the modern amenities yet displaying its old time charm from an era when it served as the first bank of Rocky Top. Imagine the place how it was in the days gone when the coal miners came by horseback to deposit their hard earned money!

Part of the uniqueness of the building are the thick brick walls that keep the room inside cool and comfortable in summer and in winter the brick holds the warmth.

The location is very convenient to Briceville and Beech Grove and you can ride your vehicles directly from "The Bank" to the trails of Windrock. Once unloaded, you never have to load your gear again until you have to go home.

The living space has a large living room integrated with the kitchen that serves as a gathering place for the whole family.
The living room is equipped with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a large Roku TV.
In the kitchen you find a glass top stove with oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, large sink, side by side fridge and freezer and all the cookware you need to cook a wonderful meal.

In the adjacent bedroom area a comfortable Queen sized bed awaits you to rest and gather strength for the next day. The nightstands are equipped with USB plugs for easy charging of your electronic devices.
The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.

Right next to the bedroom you find an oversized bathroom with a good sized corner shower and all other amenities.

Outside the property you find outdoor seating space. From there you can enjoy the sunset over the mountain or views of Coal Creek with its cranes, king fishers and martins hunting for food.

Enjoy the nostalgia and charm of this old brick building and the occasional train passing by on the trestle.

A grocery store is conveniently located within walking distance so you do not even have to get back in the car to do your shopping!

From the property you can access Windrock directly without ever having to trailer your rides. Simply ride up to Briceville or Beech Grove and hit the trails of Windrock!
