Please enjoy yourselves, but remember to keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 pm.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the garage ( if applicable). Please avoid throwing cigarette buds in the premises if you're smoking outside.

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is by 10AM.
Fees:
Early check-ins incur a fee of $10/hr
Late check-outs incur a fee of $10/hr
Both early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. Please contact your host for availability.
Please be advised that unauthorized late check-outs will result in a penalty fee of $250.
Additionally, please note that smoking fines amount to $500.
