Excellent location/Lots of space
This house worked well for my extended family while we enjoyed a long weekend at Disney parks. I was glad to find two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor (for disability access). All rooms were adequately spacious. We didn’t make meals, but found what we needed to enjoy morning and late night snacks. We had the pool heated but, a later than expected arrival and long park days meant we never even got our feet wet. The pool is small; perfect for adults soaking or smaller children. The community pool would be more appropriate for real fun. The management team was very responsive and attentive. Super easy to work with. Location was ideal. I would absolutely recommend this house. ** One thing to note: Not about the house, but the community gate. The checkin instructions provide a QR code and a numeric code; so you can scan the QR to open the gate or punch the code into a keypad. The QR scanner never worked. There is no keypad. The instructions indicate there would be a security guard at the gate. There is no person at the gate. There is an intercom, and if you press the button, it’s calls security. It most often rings busy. But when it does connect they instruct you to hold your phone in the air to show the QR to a camera up on a light pole. It’s all rather ridiculous. As I said, this isn’t an issue about the house or even the management, but the community as a whole. By day 2 we had the hang of it and helped others figure it out. I’d still stay again.
