Beautiful house and great entertaining area in back yard.

Come relax in our beautiful outdoor entertaining areas. Saltwater Pool will be Closed Oct 31 to May 27, Swing, covered pergolas with fans to make your exterior entertaining a comfortable experience., outdoor dining tables, couch and patio chairs and putting green and firepit for making smores, Cook a great meal on the gas grill and enjoy the beauty and sounds of a nice summer evening.
Great space for the family to relax and have fun. Have a fun movie night inside our movie room, play board games and make memories. Other amenities: High chair, pack and play, box or oscillating fans for each bedroom, board games/puzzles.
Need to get your exercise in, we have a treadmill and stationary bike for use as you watch the big screen TV.
Nice neighborhood for a morning walk, drive a short ways to shop or dine out.
Exterior lights by pool area are on a timer and will come on and off automatically.
We ask you respect the neighbors and have NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISES. No smoking inside the property, we do charge a $500 fee for smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outdoors, Dispose of all smoking materials in the firepit, not on the ground or trash cans.
No commercial photography.
We do have exterior camera on the back left corner of the house with view of back yard/pool. Exterior camera on back right corner of house with view of driveway and side door. Ring doorbell camera on side door with view of driveway and Ring doorbell camera on front door with view of front yard and front entry.
No children swimming in pool unless supervised by an adult. Do not give minors code to pool gate padlock. Keep pool gate locked when not in use or adult supervision present. Keep all fence gates closed.
There is a creek that runs across the back left corner of our property, the chain link fence runs over the creek (the creek may be dry or full of water depending on the weather) this leaves a space open for anyone to be able to get in or out of the yard, please know where your children are at all times.
We do provide starter packs of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dish pods, toiletries, after these are gone, you will need to purchase anything else you may need during your stay.

We are a smoke free property, NO smoking or vaping indoors or we do charge a $500 fine for cleaning. No hair dying or glitter allowed in the house.
Yard and pool maintenance may need to be performed during your stay, we will strive to let you know the day before if possible. Video and pictures are taken after each cleaning is complete to ensure quality cleanliness.
